Rent a Pitched Tent

When you purchase the Rent A Pitched Tent product, you pay a deposit of 400 DKK.

When you are finished using your tent, you must pack it down, clear the space where it stood, and return it to the reception (it should be divided into four parts – outer tent, inner tent, poles, and pegs) or to our pop-up station, after which your deposit will be refunded.

All waste must be sorted and deposited at the area’s recycling point.

You will be assigned a specific location and informed no later than one week before the festival. If you have purchased more than one product in the same order, these will be placed together. If several people have purchased individual products and wish to be placed together, you must complete our Camp form.

Please note that you must have purchased the same type of camping product in order to be placed together.

Rent A Pitched Tent opens Saturday 27 June at 16:00.

The reservation is valid for the entire festival.

Arrival procedure:

If you book Rent A Pitched Tent, you have access to the area and your tent from Saturday 27 June at 16:00.

You must check in at the area’s reception upon arrival.

You do not need a special wristband to access the area. Anyone with a regular festival wristband may enter, but the area and shower facilities are reserved for you throughout the week.

Recommended entrance: Entrance East

Rules in the area:

• Any form of open fire, including candles, oil lamps, etc., is prohibited.
  
• It is not permitted to move tents or set up additional tents.
  
• Please note that tents are closely spaced in the area, so we cannot guarantee space to set up a pavilion next to your tent. Setting up pavilions on emergency access roads or in ways that obstruct other guests is not allowed.
  
• Anyone with a valid festival wristband may move freely within the area.
  
• There are several items you are not allowed to bring into the camping area. You can find an overview of all prohibited items here
  
• Rent A Pitched Tent is located in a quiet area, where amplified sound must be limited to a level that can only be heard in and around your own tent.
  
• Upon departure, your area must be cleared of all equipment and materials you brought with you.
  
• You must follow the instructions of the camping hosts regarding arrival, placement, behavior, and departure.
  
• All festival camping areas close on Sunday 5 July at 12:00, and you must have left the area by then.
